"If you want to improve your swim. YOU SWIM"
It is as simple as that. There is no excuse. Feel tired then lighten your strongest discipline. I don't want to skip a bike session...BUT I WILL if the need arises.
The truth of the matter is. My swim HAS improved. Just not in the leaps and bounds that the bike and slowly but surely, the run has. It needs even more attention, even more pain which in turn means even more time getting wet. I will not improve if I am not getting wet. I just have to bloody H.T.F.U and stop crying about it!!!
There...glad thats off my chest now. Less talk, more action and all that...off to work.
