I had a nice chat with my beloved brother the other afternoon (morning for him). He was just about to leave for work on his mountain bike (the road bike is still on EBAY). Fresh snow on the ground it has been many years since I played in the white stuff. Looks nice but unless someone devises a hot water bottle suit I am quite happy training in the tropics. ARD as nails is my Bruv (he likes to think so anyway -haha). He and Nik live in the gorgeous New Forest where country lanes, wild ponies and forests and pubs are EVERYWHERE. 
It truly is a beautiful place in the UK to live if you have to live there. Trouble is, don't look like the snow plough or gritters come down to that neck of the woods!
