London Marathon

A new course record by Olympic Champion: WANJIRU, SAMUEL (KEN) in 2:05:10. Womens champion MIKITENKO, IRINA (GER) in 2:22:11 successfully defended her title. And a new British runner YAMAUCHI, MARA (GBR) ran a PB of 2:23:12, came in second after a hard fought battle.
Our very own Hayley Holle ran an awesome 3:09:36 - with an injury I may add - lets hope she is not out of action too long. Well done Hayley, look forward to hearing all about the experience - that sub 3 is there for the taking!

Hayley got heart that pump oxygen many times more than ordinary runner like me. I read somewhere Lance Armstrong's heart pump 9 times more than normal person.
